BOUNCE! Workshops for Schools

A BOUNCE  workshop provides teachers and physical educators with the tools needed to implement an innovative movement program using balance balls:

Workshop topics:

  • How to organize and structure a class
  • Specific exercises  and progressions to build in challenge
  • Adaptations – for students with special needs
  • Incorporation of academic components – counting, direction, size, rhythm etc.

The balance ball is always unstable and moving. Sitting on a ball is a dynamic exercise which requires a constant adjustment of the body.
