About Us

As owner and director of Laura Hunter’s STEPS Programs for thirty-three years Laura  Hunterprovides skill development, leadership and life skills education to over 200 clients of all abilities every year. She consults to educational and community groups in southern Ontario including the Toronto Board of Education, the York Region Board of Education and various private schools.

Laura is a certified Life Skills coach. She has extensive experience in group facilitation and is a strong proponent of experiential learning.

Through her new company, The Lead Horse, Laura offers corporate leadership training and team building to corporate and professional groups.
